Yes. Every feature — AI chat, music, moderation, economy, leveling, giveaways, tickets — is available at no cost. We run on a failover chain of free AI providers, so there are no API bills to pass on. Premium perks (unlimited AI, priority models) are unlocked by voting on bot lists, not by paying.
Cipher chains 8 providers (Cerebras, OpenRouter, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, APIFreeLLM, Puter, Pollinations). When a request comes in, it tries the primary provider. If that one is rate-limited or down, it automatically falls back to the next — all within the same command. Users never see the switch.
No. Cipher runs on dedicated infrastructure with auto-restart and 24/7 uptime monitoring. Music is powered by Lavalink (separate audio nodes), so playback doesn't compete with command processing. Most commands respond in under 200ms.
The invite link requests admin for convenience, but you can deselect permissions in the OAuth2 screen. Cipher only needs the permissions for features you actually use — e.g. Ban Members for moderation, Connect/Speak for music. You can lock down everything else.
Yes. The web dashboard has per-server module toggles. Disable AI, music, economy, or any other module with one click — no commands needed. Settings persist across restarts.
Server settings are stored in an encrypted database. We do not sell or share data. You can request full deletion of your server's data at any time via the support server or email.
